Sleep deprivation is a common problem for college students.

Almost half of recently surveyed students said they felt “tired, dragged out, or sleepy” at least three days a week, according to the American College Health Association’s 2011 National College Health Assessment.

Sleepy students are also a distraction to others (if you’ve ever been in a lecture when your neighbor’s head starts bobbing, you know why).
