Student Inspires City Councilor to Bring Recycling to Schools

Nadia Issa, a sophomore in Boston, delivered a speech to her school emphasizing the importance of recycling. A city councilman heard Issa speak, and has taken up a plan to bring single-stream recycling to public schools throughout the city.
