Teach For Health is a 501-c-3 nonprofit organization based in San Francisco that collaborates with a group of Community Health Workers in San Ramon, Nicaragua. We provide training in leadership and program planning couple with micro-grants to help participating communities develop creative projects that improve health and well being. Our mission is to make international development more equitable and community-driven.
