SweetWater Organics

Sweet Water Organics is a very neat business start-up that is advancing the idea of "urban agriculture" through its hydroponic-based vegetable growing and fish-farming.  And, it's doing all this in a repurposed factory in the south-side of Milwaukee,WI.  I recently photographed there and it's a real neat organization. http://sweetwater-organic.com/blog/
