Take the Local Poultry Taste Test

Do a poultry taste test. Find a farmers market and go whole hog: spend the extra bucks to buy that bird (be it duck, goose, turkey, chicken) and taste the difference that small scale farming makes. Let us know what you think in the comment section below.
