I had an adventure in 2009 which I define as an experience without a predetermined outcome. Ordinarily, I compare such experiences with air travel to exotic places where passports are presented for entry.I've been a travel junkie for most of my life, really enjoying and thriving on the unexpected challenges, glimpses into the unimagined lives of others, opportunities to see different aspects of the world. I love cultural interplay.During each month of 2009 I spent time travelling to new worlds in and around Denver by volunteering at a different nonprofit organization: spending time, not money, moving quickly in and out of each new destination.
