The Limits of "Shared Value"
While we at GOOD/Corps love working with companies that genuinely have intent, opportunity, and efficacy to make social impact (including Kraft Foods, which plays a positive role in this story), this is a cautionary tale of the limitations of shared value and the need for CEO leadership (a la Howard Shultz).
