This is HOW is a Phoenix, Arizona based trans-activist organization that creates opportunities and environments that empower Trans people to recover, to succeed in accomplishing goals, to reconnect with themselves and others, and strive for a purpose in life, to rise from poverty, and to live authentically, making them healthy, vibrant and whole.
