There were a few bikes, this year, among the cars at the Detroit Auto Show. One was the Prius Parlee, with features like a smartphone dock that uses apps to measure your biking speed and distance. It even comes with a neurotransmitter-based helmet that lets you shift gears just by thinking about it. Seriously.
