Italian photographer Gabriele Galimberti spent 18 months photographing children across the globe with their most prized possessions: toys. From dinosaurs and Barbie dolls to guns and pink guitars, Galimberti saw it all. But “the richest children were more possessive." he says, "At the beginning, they wouldn’t want me to touch their toys, and I would need more time before they would let me play with them."
