Tulane Students Seek to End Income Inequality in New Orleans

Fund17 is a new, Tulane student-run microfinancing institution. Founded by sophomore Haley Burns, the mission of Fund 17 is to end income inequality in New Orleans by providing financial knowledge and services to the low-income communities in all seventeen wards of the city.
