U.N. resolution might remove business barriers & unleash the world's entrepreneurial geniuses

Ashoka Vice President Beverly Schwartz writes about a draft U.N. resolution that is asking countries to remove barriers to local business. Less barriers means ripe conditions for entrepreneurship which can in turn help reduce poverty, help the environment and spur growth. The resolution had already garnered the support of 74 countries in advance of the discussion and is scheduled for a vote on Friday December 6, 2012.
