UN Conference: Some Women's Rights Won, But More To Be Done

At this year's UN Commission on the Status of Women, the agreement on women's rights shows that much progress has been made. The document includes protection for female human rights defenders and women's sexual and reproductive rights. These victories are worth celebrating, but there were some notable omissions -- such no reference to protection for sex workers -- and we need to keep fighting for progress.
