Urban Hacktivism + Skateboarding

How can urban communities work together to increase happiness and overall well-being? Florian Riviere, an urban activist out of France, and a professor from Hamburg, Dr. Michael Braungart believe this can be accomplished by being an active citizen, not a passive consumer. 'Urban Hacktivism' is the tool which Florian points to, where consumers begin to think of space, things, and objects (for example, skateboards) as resources which can be reused to solve problems.
