The Brownfields Utilization, Investment, and Local Development (BUILD) Act of 2013 would give cities and local communities the tools necessary to turn brownfield sites into usable land. Brownfields make up nearly 4,570 square miles of the United States, this act would give neighborhoods resources to put this land to productive use!
