Why Do Women on the Board Enhance Performance?

The % of Women on US public boards of directors has remain unchanged for years: 15-16%. Women in business and community organizations are under-represented in rank and influence which results in corporations having a severe talent gap.

It's time that all interested women and the organizations come together and align around a common goal. It's time to stop talking about the collective power of women and truly use it to create change.
