Why do women report corruption less than men? and how can we change that?

Our legal advice centre received complaints that nurses in a hospital were fining women if they screamed during childbirth. Those who couldn’t pay were not allowed to leave. Hospital administrators were shocked when we told them and put a stop to it. But women in Africa and Asia are still less likely to report corruption, even when they face sexual extortion. Our free advice center managed to reverse that trend.
