World's Oldest Computer Reconstructed in Lego Check Out The World's Oldest Computer, Replicated in Lego
The world's first computer, called the Antikythera Mechanism, dates back to 150 B.C. It used gears and a clock-like display to compute complicated mathematics for predicting astronomical events. New Scientist has more on the world's first computer, including how it was re-discovered after the Antikythera shipwreck in 1900.
