We hand over a great responsibility to our refrigerator to take care of our food. But is that technology actually creating a barrier of understanding between us and our food?
That's the question that designer Jihyun Ryou asks in her project 'Save Food From the Refrigerator'. Through the revival of oral tradition she created this project in hopes to reshape traditional knowledge and respect for food in storage.
