Dance Dance Health Revolution: School District Installs Video Game to Get Kids Moving

Not just for impressing arcade crowds, KONAMI has partnered with The California Endowment to bring DanceDanceRevolution (DDR) to eight middles schools in Fresno, California. Called DDR Classroom Edition, the partnership is part of The California Endowment's 14-neighborhood Building Healthy Communities initiative, a ten-year investment to improve health-related infrastructure in cities where options are limited. Less than half of the state's school districts provide adequate physical education.
