The world is a better place because girls like Malala exist. A year ago, Malala was gunned-down by the Pakistani Taliban after pushing for education and women's rights in her country. After a miraculous recovery, which included cranial reconstructive surgery, Malala became an international sensation. Her views on life and education are just unbelievable.
