This is empowerment.

We have worked for the majority of this year on this video and a deeper call to action for people to understand the impact of their purchases. There is more we can do to make an impact on the people who work in the garment industry.

Great question Allessandra. A job is just the beginning of empowerment in our opinion. We couple a fair and consistent wage with a 3 year education curriculum, and one-on-one mentorship with indigenous staff members. We believe true empowerment to be women graduating from our programs with the skills, resources, and knowledge to lead their own self-reliant futures.

You guys rock - have been a huge fan since discovering you last year. Your approach is fundamentally challenging the "sourcelessness" of too much of our fashion/clothes/apparel. Thank you!
