Humans, as a species, are remarkably adaptable. We have a tremendous capacity for dealing with the unexpected, which is not surprising given how often we encounter it.Plan A is overrated. This issue is about the merits, excitement, quirkiness, and danger of pursuits that go in the opposite direction of what is expected.
