    I actually heard an NPR report that a lot of cities' water fountains don't work. I think it should be a human right- to have public drinking water!

      It definitely should. It's hard to believe this is even a problem. I think it's just a matter of brining this up to the right people and getting to work on it. No one especially youth should be in a school without fresh free clean drinking water.
