    Personally, I think that being a good neighbor and an active member of the community can do wonders to a community and its local economy. Though leading a private life can be the choice of many, staying active within the community can create visible growth. In neighborhoods with low income families, staying active is almost vital due to the fact that interest should be built toward working closer to more viable community.
