Access to clean, drinkable water is the biggest problem plaguing the developing world. That's why the LifeStraw was hailed as such a miracle when it was announced. But now, apparently, some are questioning the LifeStraw's price point, and whether it presents a viable solution to the contaminated water problem. Is the LifeStraw too expensive for people making less than a dollar a day? And is educating about water sanitation and hygiene a more viable solution. It's that whole "teach a man to fish" thing?
