We just sent the Water issue to print. In this latest issue of the magazine we tackle such questions as: Is water important? (Yes, very.) Do we have enough? (We're kind of running out, actually.) Will we survive? (Probably, but get a better showerhead.)
Here, just for fun, we present some of the early ideas we played with for the issue cover (with dummy headlines). Look for something that resembles one of these four pictures on newsstands next month.
Our leaky cities.
This one's the Pink Floyd album cover approach.
This truck is down the street from our new office. And this cover was created as a joke.
Some people around the office call these "swimmies," and some call them "water wings." We're still not sure if that's a regional thing.
