More than 10 years after 9/11, more than half of American Muslims say the fallout from the terrorist attacks have made it more difficult to live as a Muslim in the U.S. Yet America's Muslim population is not disillusioned. A Pew Research report found that the vast majority are satisfied with their lives, and they are far more likely to be satisfied with the nation's progress than the general population.
