In 2014, I founded ROSIES Foundation, aptly named after my grandmother Rose, the person who taught me to believe in everyone’s potential. Tackling an 80% unemployment rate for adults with disabilities, ROSIES (which stands for Removing Obstacles, Supporting Innovation, Empowerment and Sustainability) creates sustainable and purpose-driven employment opportunities for these individuals through training and entrepreneurship.
