Dana Rose Garfin

Dana Rose Garfin received her PhD in 2013 under the mentorship of Dr. Roxane Cohen Silver in Psychology and Social Behavior at the University of California, Irvine. She currently serves as a research scientist in the Department of Psychology and Social Behavior and a statistical consultant for the Department of Nursing Science. She is currently conducting a longitudinal study of American’s reactions to the 2013 Boston Marathon bombings and other forms of collective trauma.
