Hip hop is famous for beef between rappers—and the latest, between female stars Nicki Minaj and Lil Kim, is fueling the release of diss track after diss track. Kim and Nicki could probably learn a thing or two from students at West Elementary School in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The entire student body, 350 pre-K to 4th graders, is using the lyrical art form to take a collective stand against bullying.

The "Bully Rap" is the brainchild of music teacher Monica Martin and guidance counselor Cindy Kiser. Martin told local station WBTV that "all the kids, they listen to rap," so rapping about not bullying makes it "much cooler."
