GOOD Pictures features work by a new photographer each week, with a focus on up-and-coming artists. It is curated by Stephanie Gonot and Jennifer Mizgata.
It's been a mild winter, but I'm ready for summer. Ready to swim in reservoirs. Ready to eat fruit in the park. Ready to stay out in the twilight until 9 p.m. Alyssa Robb's photos remind me that summer is coming soon.
Robb's work is intimate and beautiful. She is playful and thoughtful, balancing personal experiences with interesting compositions. A moment at home, a morning in the woods, a day in the sun are all saved for later, to remind us the beauty of living in the moment.
Robb lives and works in Philadelphia. You can see more of her work on her website.
