The August harvest
is upon us, which is great news for both the local-seasonal crowd as well as for those looking to eat their way pretty. We’ve already covered the relationship between internal health and external beauty, and provided a list of the best beauty foods—always worth revisiting.

But the great news this month is that many of these, and other seasonal foods, are currently at your local farmer’s market or showing up in your CSA box.
