When was the last time you felt really stressed? If you're like most of us it was probably more recent than you would like to admit. And while there are many causes of stress, there are also many solutions to reduce or prevent it. According to a study by the American Psychological Association, Millennials (born from 1979 up to 1993) average a stress level of 5.4 on a scale of 10, the second highest of all generations, only slightly eclipsed by Gen X (born from 1965 up to 1978) with an average of 5.6. But a high stress level is not going unrecognized—60 percent of Millennials consider stress management important, but only 32 percent believe they’re very good at doing it.
