Spotted in Copenhagen: Old CDs Repurposed as Dazzling Bike Safety Device

GOOD Artist and Web Producer Will Etling recently spent some time in Scandinavia (and Estonia). Among the many curiosities he documented, this bit of upcycling meets regular cycling struck a chord. It is perhaps the second best thing having to do with "Copenhagen" and "wheels" (this is the first).
