The new Denver based app aims to bring friendship and love into the lives of marijuana users with a freshly launched Tinder-style app.

CEO Todd Mitchem says he decided to make the app after experiencing some frustration in the dating world. He found that professing his love for marijuana on first dates didn’t seem to be working out, and women often cut the date short soon after. He decided to create a work around for the lingering taboo, and thus High There! was born. The app isn’t just for love, however.
"That cancer patient who needs friends and support, the guy who lands in Denver and does not know where people go to buy great products legally, they can also connect,” CEO Todd Mitchem told Co. EXIST. “Just the other day I connected with a dude and talked back and forth for a while about life, weed, and built a friendship."
High There!, available only in states where marijuana is legal on some level, can be downloaded on Android (iOS coming soon). Users specify how they like to ingest their weed (Vape life? Retro joints? Edibles?) as well as what kind of high they’re into (Netflix and snacks? Museums? Triathalons?) then sift through local stoners and either “Next” them or “Connect.”
Just make sure you don’t get catfished by a narc, dudes.
