  • Video by:

Exercise and sleep. We need them both, but it’s hard to find the time. What if we could just go for a jog and get a nap at the same time? A GOOD Inventions video.

intriguing, but I think that exercise might be a better match to other things that we do on a daily basis. Commuting, for example.

I agree that exercise while commuting would be valuable–but still think that he’s onto something with sleep running.  Or–maybe go ahead and work out during the day, and do some sleep working–bill out at 50% rate or something.  Just saying.  (No sleep commuting, though.)

good metaphor for drugs as cocaine… if it was real some people would take these pills. but above all we just have to remind that more sports we do less sleep we need

My name is Patrick, and I'm addicted to technology. And I'm not the only one. This fact was recently illustrated by a trip I took where I had no phone, no computer, and limited (>3 hrs/week) of internet access. For a month. Try doing that right now. I don't foresee a lot of you leaving your chairs and trashing your iPhone. But I'm going to try my hardest. Find out how.
