What makes a neighborhood? Certainly, it is much more than simply the wealth, race, and careers of the residents, but those are fundamental building blocks in the defining of a community. And while every one of these neighborhoods is vibrant in its own right, some are doing better than others. This is a look at the five highest and lowest earning urban areas in the country (specifically the city centers, not the larger metropolitan areas).
