Update on Everyone's Favorite* Bike Safety Idea
Just in case your were curious, the LightLane—a device which "projects a virtual bike lane (using lasers!) on the ground around the cyclist, providing drivers with a recognizable boundary they can easily avoid" (that's from when we wrote about previously)—has made the jump from concept to prototype. Check out the video from their new site to see it in action, and sound off in the comments if you still think it could work.*Some people think it's a stupid idea.
