A GlaxoSmithKline distribution center is set to strip that FedEx shipping center of the title of America's largest rooftop solar array.
GlaxoSmithKline's array is going to be the size of seven football fields (that's 360,000 square feet) and will support the entire building's energy needs. Impressive. The upfront investment is certainly huge, but from then on it's all just free energy.
