About an hour ago, our entire office received an email explaining that, "pancakes [were] being served in the kitchen by a guy named Donny Pancakes." Enticed by both the prospect of hot, fluffy afternoon sweetness and that of meeting a man named Donny Pancakes, we scurried like syrup craving lemmings down our spiral staircase. As it turns out, Donny (whose last name is Dover) and pal Matt Parks are driving across the country, calling themselves Pancakes USA, and cooking pancakes for the people they meet along the way. They're currently heading north through Oregon, Washington, and at some point Wyoming, and their pancakes are delicious.
