The idea is: should Roe be overturned, the Bayou State doesn't want any fiddling around. They want you to know then and there that you can't have abortions. This was signed, oddly enough, by a Democratic Governor. I guess she didn't get the memo about how much a similar ban screwed with South Dakota Gov. Mike Round's poll numbers.
