5 U.S. Representatives were arrested today at the Sudanese embassy in Washington as they protested the ongoing genocide in Darfur. Congressman Tom Lantos (D-CA), a holocaust survivor and founder of the Congressional Human Rights Caucus, decried the "lack of international morality" that has allowed the killing to persist for so long.
