The GOOD Company Project, in collaboration with IBM, seeks to answer the question: What does a GOOD company look like? So, GOOD went on a hunt for forty exceptional midmarket businesses. After months of research, we found many companies that measure beyond financial gain for the bottom line. Many of these companies found success by integrating one or more of the following key principles as part of their business model, creating not only a valuable brand identity with customer appeal, but authenticity behind their social impact.
