Osama Bin Laden mentions William Blum's Rogue State in his latest recorded epistle, and it jumps to 26th on Amazon.com's most ordered list. Oprah, who holds slightly more sway on the world literary stage, has pushed Ellie Weisel's Night, her bookclub book to 22nd.
As of this writing, Rogue State has climbed to 22nd, while Night sits perched at number one.
A few places ahead of Rogue State is The Biggest Loser: The Weight Loss Program to Transform Your Body, Health, and Life--Adapted from NBC's Hit Show!, which Osama would have endorsed enthusiastically, except that, where he is hiding, he has no access to western television. Only to bookstores.
