Developing: Making Films to Promote Aid Groups in Haiti

Developing Pictures is bringing attention to humanitarian workers through film.

Last year after Haiti's earthquake, seven McGill University students were determined to help out. Armed only with video skills, they formed a nonprofit, got themselves to Haiti, and got busy making promotional films to highlight the work of the aid groups there. One year later, Developing Pictures have made films for Grassroots United, REBUILD, The International Medical Corps, and Haiti Clinic.

Their seven-part video series for the International Medical Corps about cholera treatment, hurricane preparedness and other disaster response information aired in the Haitian tent camps and on Haitian TV and you can watch them here:
