Listen up, pun masters. A few weeks ago, we spoke to Natasha Case of Coolhaus-the astonishingly awesome purveyor of modern architecture-themed ice-cream sandwiches. Today, we learned that Dwell and Coolhaus are teaming up for an ingenious contest: an open call for the naming of the next great Coolhaus flavor.The current sandwiches are Frank Behry, Mies Vanilla Rohe, Mintamalism, Richard Meyer Lemon Ginger, and Neutrapolitan-each one a fantastic pun in its own right. Do you have what it takes to strike that perfect balance of dessert deliciousness and adroit pun-foolery?Submissions must include both the name of the sandwich and the type of cookie and ice cream it describes, and the name must reference modern architects and designers or their work. You have until June 19 to submit an entry (or entries) to coolhauscontest [at] dwell [dot] com with "Coolhaus Contest" as the subject line. Remember to include your name, email address, and phone number. The winner will be announced on Friday night, June 26, at the Dwell on Design opening reception, and the new flavor will debut during the following night's screening of Visual Acoustics: The Modernism of Julius Shulman.Oh, and, by the way, I intend to win this thing.
