Yesterday, six foreign health workers were convicted of infecting 400 Libyan children with HIV. Many Western scientists believe that unhygienic conditions at the hospital led to the infection, but the Libyan courts are sure that it was a plan by foreign intelligence agencies to test a new form of genetically engineered HIV.
