Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Wisconsin are tied at 93% for the highest-ranking Senate Delegations. Mississippi comes in last with 0%.

The presidential candidates all rank low because they've missed so many votes (Obama gets a 67%, Clinton gets a 73%, and McCain gets a bagel.)
