Dear Bike-riders, Los Angelenos, and Urban planning lovers,

Join the LA County Bicycle Coalition's CicLAvia committee and James Rojas for an interactive bike planning workshop this Saturday.

Enjoy a presentation about the history of ciclovías-see GOOD's blurb about these streets-turned-parks here-and the upcoming ciclovía in Los Angeles by Bobby Gadda. This will be followed by an interactive workshop led by Metro planner James Rojas. (Having been to a James Rojas city-planning workshop that included lots of toys, I can confirm these are fun and interesting.)

Bring your ideas for what would constitute a great bike space in Los Angeles, and help make it happen. Refreshments will be provided.
